Plot Synopsis
After four years of self-exile in South America to evade tax fraud charges, entrepreneur Cetto returns home with a voluptuous mistress and a daughter whose name he never remembers. As his cronies lament the recent crackdown on unscrupulous practices, Cetto is convinced to run for mayor and restore order.
